About our text messaging program
Blue Shark Studio operates an automated assistant we call the Blue Shark Robot, or Ray. People responsible for it can opt in to receive status alerts by text message: online and offline notifications, battery level, and hardware faults such as a camera or microphone dropping out.
Checking the box above is the only way to join. It is never checked for you, we never add anyone automatically, and we never send marketing or promotional texts.
Message frequency varies, because alerts are triggered by events rather than sent on a schedule. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. You can also reach a person by emailing us. Full details are in our Messaging Terms, and your mobile number is handled as described in our Privacy Policy — no mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
